Yoshita's primary therapeutic framework is Transactional Analysis (TA) — a relational, insight-oriented approach that helps people understand the unconscious patterns shaping their lives. TA explores ego states, life scripts, and the early relational experiences that determine how we relate to ourselves and others. It is one of the most accessible and evidence-based modalities in psychotherapy.
Alongside TA, Yoshita integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for practical thought-pattern work, Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT) for addressing irrational beliefs, and mindfulness-based techniques for building present-moment awareness and emotional regulation. The specific blend depends on what each client needs — there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
