Yoshita Bhargava

Psychotherapist · She/Her

I have been practicing as a psychotherapist since 2020 and hold a Diploma in Transactional Analysis — a therapeutic approach used to understand and work on clients' concerns. Prior to this, I completed my post-graduation in MSc Counseling Psychology from CHRIST University Bangalore, India.

I am passionate about providing a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients, catering to their needs with an empathetic approach. Honesty and open communication are important to me. My experience includes working with adults for concerns like anxiety, depression, and grief. My areas of interest include increasing self-awareness and working with past patterns that you wish to grow from.

Currently, I provide online psychotherapy services to people from India as well as other countries from my hometown in Dehradun. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, going for walks, and spending time with my family. Remember — I'm OK, You're OK.

My Philosophy

Therapy is a healthy lifestyle process that promotes awareness and consciousness in our lives. Seeking therapy does not require a mental illness.

If you have been considering starting therapy but are holding back, I encourage you to take the leap and see where the journey takes you. Therapy is a commitment to oneself.

Whether you are dealing with mental health issues or simply looking to understand yourself and your patterns to make changes — I can support you. Together, we can strive to meet your needs in therapy.

“This will be a safe, non-judgmental space for you, where you can share anything with confidence knowing that it will be kept confidential.”
