The decision to rebuild ourselves, to grow up again, can be a sudden one, but the process is not. There is no quick fix.

Yoshita Bhargava (She/Her), Psychotherapist

Hey there! Therapy is a healthy lifestyle process that promotes awareness and consciousness in our lives. Seeking therapy does not require a mental illness.

If you have been considering starting therapy but are holding back, I encourage you to take the leap and see where the journey takes you. Therapy is a commitment to oneself.

Whether you are dealing with mental health issues or simply looking to understand yourself and your patterns to make changes, I can support you. Together, we can strive to meet your needs in therapy.

This will be a safe, non-judgmental space for you, where you can share anything with confidence knowing that it will be kept confidential.

I look forward to meeting you 🙂

Clients’ Experiences

I consulted Yoshita, my therapist for nearly 8-10 months. I can say without a doubt that she is the best at what she does. She is very kind, patient, compassionate and understanding. She helped me throughout my time with her, thoroughly. I could notice a major difference within me, before and after I started my sessions with her. 10/10 recommend her, had an amazing experience! 🙂

I had a few issues I needed to work through, but the idea of seeing a therapist was just crazy. Over time things just compounded until I reached my breaking point this year. I finally called Ms Yoshita, and for the last 3 months as we addressed the “patterns” and issues and worked it out. The way it progressed, I wish I called sooner.

I had consulted Yoshita and it was such a pleasant experience through and through. Very clear sessions, thorough explanations and mindful tasks made it a breeze and helped a lot. Highly recommended.

Each counseling session with Yoshita would come with the most comforting feeling. If you need to reach out to someone professional that you can trust, it is her. One of the best people I have ever met!

Hi! I started my sessions with Yoshita after a life-changing incident. I was under severe depression, with drug addiction, and suicidal tendencies, with no willingness to live or to care about myself. Now I am way better than who I was when I started my sessions with Yoshita. I have been consulting her for a couple of months. She has helped me realise my self-worth and helped me fight my addictions and my abusive nature that caused harm to myself. The way she consults is amazing; the understanding, the examples and the nature that she has been really really empathetic. I feel calmer and better and I feel I can breathe more relaxingly.

The problem was even more than what I thought, it was a lifelong trauma, of more than two decades, that actually put me in a life-changing situation. Yoshita helped me accept what happened and accept what things are and certainly guided me to take steps towards being better and well. And that’s the path I am on now.

Glad to have met her.

Thank You Yoshita 🙂🙂!!
