The individual therapy sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. Yoshita uses a variety of evidence-based techniques — Transactional Analysis (TA) being the primary approach. Others include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Mindfulness, to help you achieve emotional wellness and growth.
Being Queer Affirmative is an important part of the practice. Sessions are confidential, and your comfort is always the top priority.
